Árpád von Klimó, Professor of History at Catholic University, is author most recently of Remembering Cold Days: The 1942 Massacre of Novi Sad and Hungarian Politics and Society, 1942-1989 (2018), Hungary since 1945 (2018), and, edited with Irina Levezeanu, The Routledge History of East Central Europe since 1700 (2017). He is currently writing a history of Cardinal Mindszenty and anti-communism, in Western Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
