Europe Day at Rutgers Day

europedayMay 9th is Europe Day - an annual celebration of peace and unity in Europe commemorating the signing of the Schuman Declaration, which launched the process of European integration. The CES sponsors a celebration of Europe Day in conjunction with Rutgers Day - an annual open house in which Rutgers invites thousands of Garden State residents to visit campus. At Europe Day at Rutgers Day 2010, over 700 people visited our tent, learning about the European Union, enjoying interactive displays, fun quizzes, and taking home maps of Europe and other small giveaway items for children.
